I am a new member of this org. I read about Immigration Voice on MSNBC and joined in.
This is the first organization that I have ever heard in my entire carrier who has taken up work upto this extent.

I don't think your design skills are quite good enough yet to be starting a studio. No offense but I think you'd be better off with a bit more practice before you step out in to the world of the design industry.

She can't renew her H1B after 6 years. She can work using EAD or choose not to work. No need for H4 also. If you want a cover for you, she need to file PERM for her to start a process for her. No other way for cover. If you work for sponsoring employer, your H1B is still valid, eventhough you enter with AP.

I have worked in Europe for 4+ years and i can say that life in US and Europe is the same (cost of living is higher in Europe but social security is better). I was seriously considering a move to UK (despite racism) to gain job/life freedom for me and my family. I have HSMP from UK and got a job offer that paid me better (including 35% raise in cost of living) than current US job with flexibility to change employment, also my wife could take up job any day she wants (unlike H4).

Team, My Labor is filed under PERM was Audited and now approved.
For, Qualification it says Bachelor + No Experience
However, in Skills section it says 5 years of experience in Software Development (.NET).
I got Audited and was required to provide Business Justification for 5 years experience for software developer position.
Can this be applied in EB2?

My father used to drive when he visited. My insurance company put him on as a named driver for the duration of his stay. He was able to drive on his own driving license (that is fine for up to one year).
If he screwed up (fortunately he never did) the fines would have been just the same as mine and since I had taken separate insurance for him that was covered too.
You have to remember that visitors to the US are everywhere and are driving rental cars so this is not so unusual. If you wish to not have your father on your insurance then get him a rental car with every insurance known and then, apart from him getting hurt in an accident, you are covered.

I am in the same boat here. It took a huge effort to convince new company to process H1 and now their attorney is saying they can not file H1 unless I140 and LC copies are provided. My current company does not provide those documents.
I140 approval is more than 180 days. Please help guys

Also thanks for the nice words. They have a nice ring to them especially since I was expecting an RFE. You made my day with those words even if they dont turn true (those words are the closest I have ever come to a GC). Hope you are right. But I am not getting my hopes too high. :)

You will need to ask to be accorded the earlier priority date or if interfiling you will also initiate the process by asking that USCIS substitutes the previously submitted I-140 with a new approved one. The time to do that is when the PD on the newly approved 140 becomes current.
From your explanation, now that your old PD is current and the 140 for that is approved, you will have to ask that interfiling occur by sending a letter to USCIS with a copy of the new 140.
If you have done this, then the message you got could be that USCIS is ready to review your file by October. A congratulation may be in order here because I believe you will soon get your GC.

forgot.. another nice feature of Painter 6.0 at least and I assume of 7.0. It will use any Photoshop plugins. Likewise it will import and export to Photoshop's psd format. I really believe that the programs are both good and are fated to be used together.

Another thought might be that the contacts on the lens isn't clean (or some other reason not making full contact).
Or just simply that the camera is broken. Have you spoken to Nikon or the shop where you bought the camera?

I have submitted ombudsman case sheet by mail.
My lawyer also sent request through AILA liason. She asked me to wait 6 weeks before enquiring again.
NSC responded to my lawyer's request. They do have the correct older PD in their system and will be adjudicating my case according to that.
Ombudsman response was an error.

First, get a new attorney and have him file G-28 for your 485, that way you'll control your 485, and also start the job hunt.

I am trying to file Paper based Advance Parole ( I-131) for me and my family.
I have few questions regarding process and forms. Appriciate your hlep with those.
(1) I Last enetered as F-1. My F-1 visa stamp has expired. I currently have H-1B approved but never stamped on my passport. My I-140 approved and I-485 pending.
On form I-131 in section 3. "Class of admission" what I should write " F-1 "or "H-1B"?
(2) If I check on "More than One trip" in Part-7 section -1 of the form, does the process differ in any way? Does it need any extra fee? Does it need any extra document to support the multiple entry AP application? Will it affect approval in any way? How long (one yr two year?) is AP, once it is approved, is valid?
(3) I never had applied for EAD based on pending I-485 and does not intend to do so in near future.
Does I need to apply for EAD to get AP? and in Cover letter for my AP do I need to mention EAD or it is not required?
(4) For my sons ( 15 yrs age) can I sign as a person preparing form?
